This is Dr. Cecilia D. Arong, faculty president of SLSU
Faculty Org.-Sogod campus. I humbly beg you to give us
any amount as financial help for the chemotherapy of Ma'am
Nida S. Malahay teaching Food Trades at SLSU-Sogod.
She's
operated with gall stone and portion of her intestine
was cut last Aug. 29, 2007 at Maasin Provincial Hospital;
and her multiple uterine mioma last Dec. 23, 2007 at ChungHua
Hospital. Biopsy results show of metastatic adenocarcenoma
(cancer) in her omemtum and right ovary. Her first chemo
was last Tues.,Jan. 15, which is P45 thousand pesos per
session for 3 sessions every three weeks at Cebu Doctor's
Hospital. Then, after the third session she will be observed.
Ma'am
Nida, 52 yrs. old today, is a very good teacher and friend.
SLSU-Sogod faculty and employees have already given financial
help but not enough. We wish her to live longer to continue
teaching, yet we don't have enough money/resources.
So,
I'm begging you Yen and Darius, and all the alumni, friends
and former teachers of SNTS, SLSAT, SLSCST, now SLSU like
Gingging Suhillo, Maan Villanueva, JUnjun Felicilda, Richard
Felisilda, Irvin Samalca,Daisy Palompon, Babette Gacasan,

and all the rest to please help us lenthen her life.
